God's favor

last friday... we went to bulacan...
saturday.... post bday party celebration of my mom....
at villa reina resort.. at catmon...
so tired of bringing the things/equipments/tools/recipes/food to and from the place...
anyways..
i still enjoyed singing in the videoke and the swimming part...
after the celebration... have some rest...
then.. we treat them to the bibingka/putobumbong/tsaa place...
we ate and we enjoyed the tea...
the putobumbong... is great..
the bibingka too..

after that..
have some rest..

and we went home in makati early in the morning.. around 5am..
slept...
wake up at 1pm...

then went to church...
mejo late na ko... pero kelangan daw ng usher pa... lack of man power..
so yun...
nag usher ako... mejo maraming tao... tayuan na yung iba...
sa balcony ako naassign...
went well naman...

maganda yung sermon nung pastor..
"branded" yung series...
he talked about the lifestyle that we christians should have...
to love others...
we can love others because God first loved us...
by experiencing that.. we can chanel that love to others...

we christians should be an example by loving others...

reminded me on one of my devotions...
Karl Rahner said about the growing number of atheists..
"The number one cause of atheism is Christians. Those who proclaim God with their mouths and deny him with their lifestyles is what an unbelieving world finds simply unbelievable."

reminded me of one of my classmates way back in college... i just received a news about him that from being a christian.. he turned into becoming an atheist... a sad story.. but i do pray that he will still find out that there is still a God...

anyways...
after church... i went to me's haus.
she joined me in buying stuffs for my onshore assignment...
bought some longsleeves and pants...

then we had some chitchat at serendra park...
ate an ice cream... then peanuts..
after that...
had some drinks... iced tea and sprite...
then went home...

wake up at 10.30am...
sent some emails regarding my onshore assignment...
if the visa wont arrive today...
we will need to cancel our flights for saturday and reshedule it to the next week...
emailed also regarding my amex card...
i texted some people to pray for the arrival of my visa...
after texting...
my colleague pop-ed me that the visa already arrived..
pooof!!!
answered prayer!!!
nice..
