review - 10,000 b.c.

a story 10,000 B.C. about a tribe of hunter who hunts mammoth for their food for all the year round. the one who carries the white spear is the leader of the tribe, he is the one usually responsible for killing the mammoth.

it starts with a girl named evolet, she is an orphan, she said that her tribe was killed by four legged demons. the elder of the hunter's tribe made a prophecy that whoever will kill the mammoth will marry her and will lead the tribe to a new future.

meanwhile, d'leh is the son of the tribe's leader (the one who carried the white spear, who left their tribe in order to look for food). his father left the white spear to his friend and said to take care of d'leh.

after few years, they were already grown ups, the mammoths arrived and accidentally, d'leh killed the mammoth. He got the spear and evolet. but he was guilty becoz he did not really killed the mammoth. so he returned the spear.

the four legged demons attacked their tribe and they kidnapped evolet. and the adventure begins...

it's for you to watch... hehehehe...

well. i was amazed by the story, the plot was nice and the actions were great. you can see the love of d'leh to evolet. and his courage to fight for his love and for his tribe. also you can see the goodness in his heart.

there was a scene where he freed a sabretooth tiger. but eventually, he was not harmed by it... cool..

there are twists in the story and you really don't know what will happen next.

the build up of the character of d'leh is nice. you can see from a coward, he will discover his strengths and that he is a son of a great man. so was he.

he is the hunter, the enemy is afraid of... hehehe.

i encourage anyone to watch the movie. a great one.

football weekend

last saturday. played football.

we started it with 8 players against 11 players. wah.. so tiring..
at first i run and run and run. but i'm already out of gas. hahaha.
then finally. other guys are coming. so we completed few minutes before the break.

good thing was no one scored in the first half of the game.

2nd half, the passing was great which led to a goal by mv. the defense was tight the the opponent was not able to goal on us. but unfortunately, jez committed a "hand-ball" foul, so there was a penalty kick.

the opponent was able to score, because of the penalty.

after that. we executed out offense again, pass here, pass there. andrew was able to score another one. thank you.

ended up with a 2-1 score. and we won. thank you Lord.

wassup with me?
not been able to blog for a month. so many things happened.
just trying this out, coz i cannot blog in my blogspot. so here am i in my multiply. doing the writing.

news? will not be able to go to canada by march. the flight is moved on the 2nd week of april. because of technicality issues. like the product is still not stable and the intention of us going there is to actively participate in the design phase of the release. if by march, we will do nothing there. so the onshore assignment will be moved.

went to panagbenga last feb. pictures are uploaded in my multiply account.

will be playing football tomorrow. hope we can win. :)

pug pug pug

went to cartimar this morning. looked for a pug puppy.

then saw a few. one of them is a female. then i ask some questions. this pup. so kulit. malambing. and like. she wants to go with me. hehehe. i asked for the price. and the seller said that she can make it lower. then i said i'll try to look to the other stores. then i txted. one of the contact breeder and i asked if he can lower his price (i'm negotiating with him, thinking to buy his dog or this pup in cartimar. a friend of mine refer him to me). he still said no. so i think and think and think. tinatamad na kong bumalik pa and baka mabili pa sya ng iba.

so when the time i am about to ride the jeep going home. i decided to buy the pup. texted the store owner and said that i'll just get some cash from the atm. so i went back. bought it. and presto. i have a new pup.

based on the papers. her name is darren of the golden dreamer. what a name. is that the way you name a pug dog? hehehe. but it's ok for me to call her darren.

she's so playful. makulit. malambing and basta... loves ko na tong dog na to. i still have a month to take care of her. coz i'll be returning to canada for 2 months.

i still need to do some research about how to take care of darren. if you have some advices. just tell me. ok. or how to teach her some dog tricks. :D

january. wazzup!?!?

been weeks since my last update. so what's up with me now?

played basketball at tuesday nights. twice already. and so good to be back playing basketball... it's free so i just played. with my previous project mates and also with ry and ayeth.

havent played badminton and soccer and futsal though. still not able. hahaha. one game at a time. hehehe.

watched eureka seven. sleepless nights. 5am sleeping time. because of the addiction to this anime series. oh well. i'm done with it. i'll lend it to my friend on monday. the story? nice. a mecha anime. just like gundam. the plot was nice. and it's about wars, reality, friendship, love, puppy love, family, saving the planet and a whole lot more. it's about a boy who just wanted to ref not knowing that there is a great challenge in store for him. he's a son of a hero. a scientist king. or something. and a grandson of a great mechanic. hehehe. he was to deliver the amita drive to nirvash to awaken it's capability. and from there on. the story begins. the pilot of nirvash is eureka. a mysterious girl and at the end you will see who she is. that's it. no more spoilers. hehehe. just watch the anime. ratings? it can be rated 4/5. can be rated along with the gundam seed and destiny.

anyway. that's all for today coz i still need to review. i'll have a pre cert exam on monday. it's a retake coz i failed the first pre cert exam. hope i pass this time.

i'm just glad that i'm connected right now to the net using my phone.
last night. i tried to install the nokia pc suite and was able to connect using joni's N73 phone. and when i went home tonight. i said to myself. why not try my phone in connecting to the net. and it works. wOw. i dont need to buy a new phone just to be connected to the net. :D whoooh! menos gastos. :d

first week of jan08

i tried to put some google search in my blog. some google ads. in order for me to try to earn something in these ads. hopefully i can earn. hehehe. so please click the links in the ads corner and if you want. you can search the google or search my blog or my multiply. thanks.

first week in the office. still in the transition. still setting up our environment. our codes. so. still in the time where you can have some idle times.

last friday. went to the house of jenica. a former project mate. we went there to have a get together with my friends from my previous project. also a celebration of sol's bday. and a despedida to glenn becoz she will be rolling off to another project. food. videoke. chitchats. surf the net. watched youtube. laugh. and enjoy each other's company. this will just be the time to do it coz most of us are no linger part of cat project. did some dancing. hahaha. stayed until morning. went home. took some rest.

wake up around afternoon by 3pm. bought a tnt load. fix my mc. bought a burger at bm. met noel and his gf. prepare myself. went to me's office. joined her and her office mates in platinum. dinner. videoke again. hahaha. then went home.

that's my update for this week. hopefully. next week will be great. :D

was not able to blog for the last week in my stay at pangasinan.

anyways. here's some updates. we went to pangasinan after christmas. so that's dec 26.
then on the 27, the christening of kuya eric's son and daughter. alyzza and justin.

had some photo with that event. and it was so tiring. because it was so hot that day. ate at the reception and after that just took some rest.

on 28, we went to baguio. we stayed at ate cristy's house. and her place was awesome. an apartment. not that big but still a good place to stay at. we went to burnham park, had some pictures taken. went to sm baguio. ate our lunch at "mang inasal". the food was nice. after that. we went to the viewing deck of the mall. had some pictures taken.

then we went to mine's view. went to the viewing deck. took pictures of my family with the horse as a background. they went on top of it. and had some pictures taken. at the viewing deck. we also took some pictures. bought some souvenirs/"pasalubong".

after that, we went to the market ("palengke"). bought some stuffs. again. "pasalubong". bought some food for dinner. went home. to ate cristy's place.

dinner. some chitchats. bonding moments with them. kuya francis, ate cristy, and kuya michael. we went to kuya michael's place. had some chitchats with him. then went back to our place. was able to go online. but wasn't able to blog. ate cristy has the smart bro connection. i attempted to connect it to my laptop but was not able to because it asked for a username and password just like in my ate's desktop. so i just went online on her desktop.

while online, kuya francis gave me a "generoso"-cola. took some shots. but just a little. then slept.

the next day, we went to TAM-AWAN. a good place. a show by the igorots. then looked at the igorot's houses. had a fun time viewing the paintings, sculpture. and it was great. was able to play the instrument they use while dancing. and did some dance moves. hehehe.

then lunch, at kubo's grill. had some pictures taken. chitchats. we ordered "bayawak". it taste good. the "sawa" is not available so we just ordered the bayawak.

after that, we went to camp john hay. had some pictures taken. had fun with the place while taking pictures. went to the cemetery of the lost. it was a cool place. and then we went to the house of the "generals". it was opened last 2003 and there is no philippine president to ever went to that house. only the us generals. it was fun looking at the place. coz it's vintage. a feel like you are not in the philippines. hehehe.

then we went back to ate cristy's place. ate dinner and went back to dagupan.
the travel was so tiring.

the next day. 30, went to vcf dagupan at nena's resto. the sermon was good. talked about the blessings that we had for the year 2007. and the greater blessings. promotions. a new year for the coming 2008. a fresh year. and it will be great. i believe.

ate lunch at a resto near the river. i forgot the name. something like "dawel" or something. the food was nice.

then at the house. played dota. in my laptop. was not able to take some rest. night. we went to plaza. watched some show. but i'm already sleepy. still able to ate at the "pigar pigar" place. then went back home. then slept.

next morning. went to the bonuan beach. tondaligan. had a great time. videoke. food. beach. nice. i enjoyed it. hahaha. i love singing. love videoke. hehehe. then. went back home.

took some rest. went to the mall. bought a tripod, a laptop bag. hawk. some bench hats. haha. wah. so much spending. hahaha. but i enjoyed it. :D

then went back home. had some rest. then celebrated the new year. took some photos of my family. ate lechon. then had fun. with the kids dancing. then some firworks. then played dota in my laptop. until 5am. hahaha. dota adik. hahaha.

then jan 1, 2008. happy new year! :D

went back to makati. went to me to gave her the pasalubong. reporting for duty ma'am! hahaha... then slept.

i still got a one day off... so i just blog this now.

christmas. holidays.

woke up 6am. ate breakfast. prepared in going to church.

before going to church. distribution of gifts. it's fun giving. :D

attended the church. sermon is about christmas but not an ordinary christmas sermon. the preacher first talked about the lepers who discovered something during the time of elisha when there was a famine in the land of israel. they found food. and everything from the enemy's camp. and at first they want to hide it. but then again, they thought that it is such a good news that they want to share it to others.

another thing is that. christmas is the time where in all the impossibilities can be possible through God. talk about miracles. about the zechariah and elizabeth. it's impossible for them to have a child. for mary, to have a child out of wedlock.

the preacher also shared some of his past experience. about his applications to US visa that has been turned down all the time. but also has the desire to go to the church of the hillsongs band. such a great story.

i remembered my story. about me. being able to go to canada. it started with a dream. in my dream, it says that i am in canada. and then. after some months. i was selected to be sent to canada in my work. also talking about how i got all my papers. the amex card i just got it a week before we go there. and also the canadian visa. such miracle and the fact that the stay there was such an enjoyable one. i thank God for that.

this christmas and after this holiday. the preacher told the congregation that. just trust God all your prayers. and all those impossibilities may be possible. through Him.

also. if we. as christians already experiencing such blessings from God. we have the chance to share it to others. talk about evangelism.

evangelism. like what the preacher told us. is like a beggar telling another beggar where to get a food. yeah. we all are like beggars. but once we found the source of all things. what should we do? share it to others. :D

and another thing is. the only thing that you cant do when you go to heaven is that. you wont be able to evangelize anymore... :D

watched the golden compass last saturday. almost every feedback that i heard was that the movie is not good, it is "bitin" and it's not fun to watch at all. for me, i enjoyed the movie, for the fact that it is about people having their own daemon. an animal living side by side them and they can feel what the daemon feels. and the story is not that bad. i enjoy it coz, i'm a dog lover. thinking that i have a daemon dog is a nice idea. hahaha. having one of my dogs as my daemon would be cool. and i think it's great.the story, hmmm. i admire the kid for her bravery, courage and wit. "madiskarte". resourceful i think.

now.i'm here at bulacan. celebrating the holidays with my family and relatives. my uncles, cousins, titas. hehehe. right now. there's supposed to be a dinner at 12am. but sadly to say no one is awake, except me of course. i'm a little bit sleepy na rin. but i just want to make an entry on my blog.

i hope. everyone will enjoy the holidays.

christmas. from the sermon i got last sunday. hope everyone will see Jesus this christmas. coz He's the reason for the celebration, not the gifts, the shopping, the food, the decorations. but it is the fact that Jesus was born. our savior. our God. my God. my Lord.
hope when you see Jesus, you will be compelled to worship him. just like the Magis. when they saw Jesus. they bowed down and worship him.

i'm back

yep. i'm back. but it took me a long time to blog again.

reasons:
blogger is blocked in the office.
i have no personal computer. i'm just using my sister's.

after a week of adjustment. still feeling sleepy at 6pm.

when i arrived. i decided to eat all the foods that i missed. lol.

still not able to go to bulacan. for the reason that i need to review for the scjp exam.
thank God that i pass the pre qualification exam. by God's grace.
need to review for the final mock exam and if i pass it (monday). i'll take the scjp exam on tuesday. wOw. it seems that i have a short time preparing and cramming for the exam.

after a long time not able to play dota. i'm back. dota addict again. for now, for the reason that i have friends that i can play with again. rusty at first. but i'm going back to my game again. wOw. addict.

attended a christmas party of my previous project. and i enjoyed it. it's a PJ party. pajama. lol. enjoyed the food. the party itself. and being with my friends in that previous project. so nice. after that went to giligans for just a round. some chitchats and then went home.

saturday. went to me's house. ate lunch. then we went to divisoria to buy some christmas stuff. so there. after a few minutes of walking around. and not buying anything. i decided that we go to the food court. eat some pansit guisado and just take a break. i list down all the names of the people that i need to give a present. but i decided not to anymore. they are too many. and thinking what to give them gives me a headache. so i just said that i'll just give them a money. lol. spent some few hours there.

was able to buy some stuffs. and after that. we went home.

need to review for the exam. ciao.

to give you an idea of what we went through for the times na hindi ako nakapagblog. after a weekend na walang gala. pumunta kami ng toronto downtown. nagkita kami ni sha anne. kaklase ko nung hayskul sa pcu. inilibot nya kami sa downtown. punta kami sa spadinah. ang china town version / divisoria ng toronto. mga chinese products, mga pirated dvds. mga damit. mga imitation clothings. mga souvernirs. nakabili ako ng magnets and key chains. and alam ko. onti lang nabili ko. kinakantyawan kasi ako ni rod na anyaman ko naman daw. onti an ko lang daw. then dedma na lang sa mga taong manghihingi ng pasalubong. hahaha. kasalanan ko bang marami akong friends? or marami akong "feeling close" friends. kunwari close kami pero d naman. hahaha. pero sa totoo lang. marami talaga akong friends. and nakakahiya kung wala akong maibibigay na pasalubong. hmmm. sa duty free na lang cguro. tsokoleyts na lang. hahaha.


nga pala. sa downtown. merong street car na tinatawag. isa itong train na dumadaan mismo sa kalsada ng downtown. street car daw ito. eto pic nya. hehehe. so sa paggala namin sa downtown. sumasakay kami dito.






then after spadinah. punta naman kami sa orfus. na kung saan bagsak presyo ang mga clothing. factory price. parang factory outlet sa atin. mga jackets and mga signature clothings where you can buy it for 50% less. but the point is. malapit na kaming umuwi ni rod. so it doesnt make sense to buy pa. tiis na lang sa lamig. hehehe. then. dahil hapon na at d pa kami nananangahalian. kumain kami ng hotdog. ang hotdog na ito ay sikat daw dun. pagkaing kalye. na kung saan. iihaw yung hotdog. ibibigay sa yo. then bahala ka na sa mga kasama nito. me onions. mayo. pickles. ketchup. at kung anu ano pa. as in. bahala ka. pero yum yum. sarap. pamatid gutom. ayus. sogbu.


after that. balik kami sa downtown. yung orfus kasi. outside sya ng downtown. then dahil nga d pa kami nag lulunch. trineat kami ni sha anne sa isang japanese resto na kung saan eat all you can. dami naming inorder. shrimp tempura. beef teriyaki. chicken teriyaki. california roll. rice. salmon. ayus. hay. bundat. salamat sha. hehehe. astig.


then. punta kami sa apartment nila sha. bday kasi ng isa sa kanyang housemate. haahha. big brothers house daw yung apartment nya. then. hayun. pinakilala nya kami sa mga kasama nya sa bahay. and marami pang pumunta. mga pinoy. kakatuwa. kwentuhan. kain. nuod kami ng tv habang iniintay yung iba pang guests. nuod ng RV, "bor@t" ang kulit. dun sa RV. oks yung movies. ayokong maging katulad ni robin williams na wlang time for the family. para lang maibigay ang luho nila. pero sana maging balance lang. dun sa "bor@t" naman. wala. puro kalokohan lang. yung movie na yun. ewan.


then hayun. nung dumating na yung mga tao. kain kami. hay. bundat na naman. then search kami sa internet kung pano kami makakapunta sa niagara. hehehe. then hayun. inom ng onti. kwentuhan. then tulog na.


meron nga pala silang aso. si athena. ito'y isang pug. hehehe. kakamiss tuloy mga aso ko. c magan at c ylmaz. hehehe. isang mix breed na aso at isang labrador. heehhe. nag kulit ni athena. at ang sarap kasama. hehehe. mukhang ok na aso yung mga ganun. maliit lang. so. madali lang ang maintenance. konti lng ihi. konti lang ang dumi. hehee. napaisip tuloy ako na bumili ng maliit na aso. hehehe. then meron din silang turtle. kalimutan ko name nung turtle. hehehe.


then kinabukasan. araw ng linggo. hay. d ako nakapagsimba. well, anyways. punta kami ng niagara. sa downtown. me sakayan dun papuntang niagara. then travel kami ng mga 1.5 hours. nadaanan namin yung st. catharine. meron daw kaming kamag anak dun. sabi ng tatay ko. hehehe. well. anong mgagawa ko. wala naman akong contact. and saglit lang kami. so niagara trip lang talaga. so pagdating sa niagara bus terminal. naglakad kami papuntang falls. picture picture. ayus. then. akyat kami dun sa taas. then kain kami ng lunch sa kelseys. panalo yung food namin. yung sa kin e eto. akin sempre yung may fries at steak. hihihi. busog.







pagkatapos kumain. picture picture ulit. then nung napagod. lakad na kami pabalik ng terminal. hay.. kapagod na. malamig pa. gabi na kasi. then uwi na.

buti naman at nakauwi kami ng haus.

kakaibang experience. i thank God kasi konti lang yung taong nabibigyan ng opportunity na makapunta sa mga lugar na ganito. such blessings and grace.

i just need to continue living under His grace. boast? hmm. i dont have the right to boast and lift up myself. what i do boast is what i believe in. and i boast that i know the living God whom i serve and i give glory.

last monday. punta kami sa downtown toronto. lamig brhhh. oks lang. masaya naman. mas ok yung lugar na yun. panalo. akyat kami sa CN Tower ang taas. kakaibang experience. hehehe.





tapos daan kami sa air canada centre. ang lugar kung saan naglalaro ang Toronto Raptors. last sunday meron silang game vs celtics. sayang d kami nakapanuod.





tapos libot lang kami. napadaan kami dito. sa city hall.





tapos nakita din namin yung lumang city hall





tapos ikot lang kami. hehehe. dahil sa lamig din pala. napabili kami ng gloves. an lamig kasi sobra. pasok din kami ng eaton centre

ang nagiging routine ko na... pagdating ko ng haus... luto ng dinner... or kain na kagad ng dinner.... watch basketball... then ligo sa maiinit ng tubig sa tub... then tulog... cool d ba? hehehehe...
